General services:
What’s included in a drop-in visit?
This service is tailored to each client’s individual needs, so what’s included can vary depending on what’s needed! These visits can include potty breaks, walks, feeding/water, medication administration, cuddles, pictures & updates, playtime, & more!
Do you care for pets other than dogs?
YES! We are able to and experienced with caring for a variety of pets including but not limited to; cats, reptiles, chickens, & aquatics.
Scheduling & availability:
Do you offer last-minute bookings?
While our schedule can fill up quickly and we do have bookings scheduled months out in advance, we aim to be as flexible as possible and try to best accommodate our clients by allowing last-minute bookings when possible!
Are you available on weekends and holidays?
Yes!

Yes, we understand life happens and things come up! We just ask that you let us know as far in advance as possible out of courtesy.

How much do your services cost?
Every pet and household is unique, so we tailor pricing based on a variety of factors including the number of pets, type & frequency of services, visit duration, special care needs, & location. Because of this, there’s no one-size-fits-all price, we provide competitive, customized quotes for each client to ensure fair and personalized care. Please call/text us for your personalized quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, or Venmo.
Do you offer bundles/discounts for frequent or repeat bookings?
Yes!
Safety & experience:
Are you insured?
Yes! We are insured through Pet Care Insurance. Our policy covers all aspects of dog walking, transporting, and pet sitting in client homes.
Do you have experience with senior dogs or dogs with medical needs?
Yes. I have experience with both seniors and medical/special needs. I have cared for senior dogs & special needs within my professional career as well as personal pets.
Will you be the only person entering my home?
Yes! As an insured LLC, we take professionalism, integrity, and client privacy seriously, and we proudly abide by petsitting laws & regulations. Your pet sitter will be the only individual entering the premises of your home at all times.
meet & greets:
Do you offer meet & greets before booking? What happens during a meet & greet?
Yes, we offer one complimentary meet & greet prior to all bookings. We will schedule a meet & greet that works with your schedule. During the meet & greet, I will come to your home where you and your pets can meet & get to know me and vice-versa! This is when you can go over your pet’s routine in depth, show me any supplies I’ll need while caring for your pets, and I’ll be able to answer any questions you may have for me!
dog walking:
Do you take dogs to parks and hikes?
Yes, with permission at booking! We love to take dogs on adventures. For this type of service, we take your dog to an agreed upon park/hike. Safe transportation in my personal vehicle to and from the hike is provided, with GPS tracking included so you can be a part of your four-legged bestie’s adventure!
Do you walk dogs in all weather?
Yes, we walk dogs in all weather when safe to do so, and with client’s permission. Some dog breeds are more/less tolerant of certain types of weather. If there are extreme weather conditions and the weather poses a safety/health risk for your pet, we will plan for a “raincheck”, no pun intended..
Do I need to provide a leash/harness?
We ask that each client provide their own leash/harness for any of our walking services to ensure proper fit and compatibility, because every dog is unique!

How will I know my pet’s are okay while I’m away?
Communication is a BIG part of what we do at Mama C’s! I will care for and love your pets just like my own while they are under my care. I provide text updates and photos each day that I care for your pet(s). I pride myself in maintaining an open line of communication between myself and my clients. I will always provide you with unprompted text updates with pictures. In addition, I want my client’s to know that they may reach out to check in or for any questions (via text OR call) at anytime while their pets are in my care. I keep my phone on me for these purposes but if I am unable to answer your call, I will return it in a timely manner.

We serve all of Henderson County. This includes, but not limited to; Hendersonville, Flat Rock/East Flat Rock, Laurel Park, Valley Hill, Horseshoe, Dana, & Mills River.
